So I went to Dallas for business/vacation last week and I most say it was a nightmare. Due to the whole city shutting down I was stuck a hotel for two days then the airport for another 2 days. Which was not fun because the airport was freezing. I had four cancelled flights by United and only got home when they sent a crew from Houston. I personally think United should have done that earlier. I am definately going to write a letter of complaint to both organizations. Ice storms are not uncommon in Dallas and there should be a better crisis management plan. But I thankful to God that I was able to leave Dallas.
